Welcome to OnlyCard (the "Service"), accessible via the website onlycard.app and associated Telegram Mini App. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Service, which provides a platform to manage and utilize virtual payment cards funded by cryptocurrency.
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind.
2. The Service
OnlyCard provides a software interface that allows users to:
* Top up their account balance using supported cryptocurrencies.
* Issue virtual payment cards ("Cards").
* Use the Cards for online payments where accepted.
OnlyCard is not a bank, a financial institution, or a money services business. We act as a technology provider. The issuance of cards and processing of funds are handled by our third-party infrastructure partners.
3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities
* You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
* You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws,
rules, and regulations applicable to you.
* You are responsible for the security of your account and your wallet.
Any activity on your account will be considered your own.
* You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or fraudulent activities,
including but not limited to money laundering, financing of terrorism, or purchasing illicit goods and services.

4. Prohibited Jurisdictions
The use of our Cards is strictly prohibited in the following countries and territories:
Afghanistan, Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Donetsk, Luhansk, Crimea, Eriteria, Ethiopia, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Mali, Moldova, Montenegro, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, North Macedonia, Palestine (Gaza), Russian Federation, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
Attempting to use the Service from these jurisdictions may result in immediate
and permanent suspension of your account.
5. Fees
You agree to pay the fees for using the Service, which are disclosed to you at the time of the transaction.
These may include, but are not limited to, card issuance fees, top-up fees, and network transaction fees.
We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, with notice provided on our website or within the application.
6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ONLYCARD, ITS OWNERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
* (a) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE;
* (b) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE, INCLUDING MERCHANTS, CARD ISSUERS, OR PAYMENT NETWORKS;
* (c) ANY VOLATILITY OR LOSS OF CRYPTOCURRENCY VALUE;
* (d) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE MAKE NO WARRANTY AND DISCLAIM ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY FOR THE COMPLETENESS, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, SECURITY, OR RELIABILITY OF THE SERVICE.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including for a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All funds remaining on your account may be forfeited, especially in cases of suspected fraudulent or illegal activity.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the principles of international commercial law.
You agree that any dispute or claim arising from these Terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
